Insurance Issue

Project Overview: In this project, a homeowners insurance audit identified a potential risk: a tree too close to the house that could foster moss growth on the roof and create a hazardous lean weight on a branch. The insurance company required the tree to be cleared from the house to mitigate these risks. Key Actions Taken: Targeted Tree Clearing: We removed the branch area closest to the house, addressing both the potential for moss accumulation on the roof and the risk associated with the branch’s lean weight. This proactive measure helps ensure structural integrity and long-term property safety. Comprehensive Documentation: To streamline the insurance process, we provided before and after photos through a secure link on the invoice. This setup allowed the insurance company—and the customer—easy access to the visual documentation needed for their records, making the claims process smoother. Forward-Thinking Approach: We believe in tackling issues head-on with a clear, no-nonsense approach. By efficiently clearing the tree area and providing thorough documentation, we not only met the insurance requirements but also helped safeguard the property against future risks. Our straightforward execution ensures that our customers receive a reliable, expert solution hassle free.
