This customer was dealing with repeat sewage backups from a failing ejector tank. We removed the old setup and installed a new Saniflo grinder system to give them a dependable, long-term fix. The new unit grinds waste and pumps it out smoothly, protecting the lower-level bathroom and keeping everything running as it should. All of the working components sit dry inside the tank, above the waste level, so any future maintenance can be done cleanly without dealing with sewage. We also added the alarm panel, which alerts the homeowner at the first sign of trouble. This helps catch issues early and prevents future backups. Any future service can be handled quickly with white-glove care so the system stays in top shape.
