We completed a comprehensive exterior renovation for this home in Kearny, New Jersey, focusing on both the roof and siding systems. Our team removed the aged asphalt shingles and existing siding to prepare for a complete surface upgrade. We also constructed and installed a custom gabled roof hood over the side entryway to improve weather protection and architectural interest. For the roofing, we installed GAF FeltBuster underlayment followed by GAF Timberline HDZ architectural shingles in a dark gray finish. The siding was replaced with new horizontal panels in a deep blue, complemented by crisp white trim and updated flashing. These upgrades significantly enhanced the property's curb appeal while providing a durable, weather-tight seal for years to come.
