We completed a targeted weatherization project for an attic space in Chattanooga. We installed a GreenGuard XPS insulation board within an existing doorway frame to improve thermal efficiency. Our team ensured the panel was properly secured with wood trim to create a functional barrier against energy loss. To address temperature control in the sloped-ceiling area, we also integrated a window-mounted air conditioning unit for year-round comfort. The use of high-density insulation board helps reduce drafts and energy loss through the attic access point. These updates transformed the storage area into a more regulated environment for the property.
