We completed an interior attic update in Chattanooga, focusing on energy efficiency and functional improvements. We installed GreenGuard XPS insulation boards into the access points and sloped wall frames to better regulate the temperature within the space. Our team also performed electrical work, securing wiring and installing new outlets to support the room's use as a storage or utility area. We used rigid foam insulation to seal off the attic access, providing a tighter thermal envelope for the home. The project involved fitting materials around existing sloped drywall and ensuring all electrical connections were properly fastened. These modifications improved the attic's climate control and accessibility while providing reliable power for equipment.
