We completed a functional upgrade to an attic storage and utility space in Chattanooga. Our team installed GreenGuard XPS rigid foam insulation panels to seal off wall openings and doorways within the sloped attic framing. We also secured plywood panels to the knee walls and integrated a window air conditioning unit to provide climate control for the area. To improve energy efficiency and usability, we fitted the insulation boards into existing frames and installed functional hardware for easy access to the sealed sections. We organized internal wiring by securing electrical cables to the sloped ceilings and walls. The final outcome transformed a raw attic into a temperature-regulated environment suitable for storage and active use.
