We installed a new basement egress window and safety well for this residential property in Lincoln. Our team integrated a white-framed casement window to provide increased natural light and improved ventilation for the lower-level living area. The exterior well was built using durable grey decorative concrete blocks and finished with reddish landscape gravel for efficient drainage. We also secured a metal emergency ladder to the interior of the well to ensure code compliance and safety. This upgrade enhances the functionality of the basement while providing a critical exit point.
