We performed a detailed assessment and moisture mitigation project for a residential basement in Lincoln. Our work focused on identifying the source of water damage visible on the window sills and within the finished living space. We inspected the interior frames and surrounding drywall to determine the extent of the moisture intrusion and prevent further deterioration of the media room. To ensure long-term protection, we evaluated the basement egress window system, including the composite window well, integrated escape ladder, and gravel drainage base. By reviewing the exterior masonry and window seals, we addressed the drainage issues affecting the foundation. This project helped restore the safety and integrity of the home's lower level.
