We completed a basement egress window installation and window well upgrade for this residential property in Lincoln. Our team replaced outdated window units with energy-efficient sliding models to improve safety and natural light in the lower-level living area. We focused on creating a code-compliant exit while addressing specific structural needs in the finished basement space. For the exterior, we installed new corrugated metal window wells and integrated white metal egress ladders for easy access. We also incorporated pea gravel drainage and reinforced the interior sills to mitigate previous water damage issues identified during the assessment. These improvements ensure a dry, safe, and well-ventilated environment that enhances the home's overall value.
