We installed a new egress window system for this basement in Lincoln to improve safety and natural light. Our team managed the installation of a white-framed sliding window and integrated it into the existing interior living area. We constructed a durable window well using gray masonry blocks and installed a metal escape ladder for full code compliance. The exterior base features reddish-brown gravel for proper drainage, while the interior was finished with a deep sill and clean trim. This project transformed the basement into a safer, more functional living space.
