We completed the initial phases of this basement renovation project in Mead, focusing on the structural assessment and electrical infrastructure. Our team worked within the unfinished space to organize existing wiring and prepare the exposed wooden floor joists for future ceiling installation. We also evaluated the HVAC ductwork and steel support columns to ensure the layout would accommodate a functional living area.
