We performed a comprehensive utility restoration and mechanical infrastructure installation within this Mead basement. Our team focused on routing the core systems through the exposed wooden joists to prepare the subflooring and overhead space for finishing. We installed new galvanized steel HVAC ductwork and routed multiple PEX water lines and electrical cabling throughout the ceiling structure. These upgrades involved securing new wiring and structural components to ensure all mechanical systems were organized and fully integrated. This foundational work provides a durable framework for the home's heating and plumbing needs. Our approach ensured all systems met modern standards while maximizing overhead clearance.
