We managed the commercial construction and digital documentation for the Jersey Mike's build-out in West Des Moines. Our team utilized professional project management software to track the progress of the facility, ensuring all franchise specifications were met throughout the process. We focused on systematic site reporting to keep all stakeholders informed during the interior and exterior phases of the build. By leveraging real-time photo documentation and field checklists, we maintained an organized record of the installation and site conditions. This precise approach allowed us to monitor the north side of the building and the interior fit-out simultaneously. The final result is a completed commercial space designed for high-volume service and durability.
