We completed a structural assessment and repair project within a commercial office suite in Lincoln. Our team focused on evaluating a large diagonal steel support beam and its proximity to the exterior window system where damage was identified. We meticulously inspected the steel framework and glass panes to determine the necessary steps for stabilization and safety. Throughout the project, we coordinated work around active office equipment, including adjustable standing desks and commercial-grade carpeting. By identifying specific points of concern on the structural beam and window interface, we provided a logical solution for the property maintenance needs. This work ensured the long-term structural integrity of the interior space while preserving the clear urban views through the multi-paned windows.
