We gave this Lincoln kitchen a fresh new look by updating the main prep and cooking zones. We swapped in durable granite countertops for the central island and added a new diamond-patterned stone backsplash to give the walls some character. To round things out, we installed a stainless steel gas range and matching hood that fit right in with the existing wood cabinets. We also spent some time sprucing up the dining area with a warm orange paint, plus some sharp new dark trim and window frames to tie everything together. We finished it all off with diagonal tile flooring throughout the space. It’s a much more functional and inviting spot for the homeowners to hang out in now.
