We performed a detailed property assessment at a residence in Lincoln to identify specific sources of moisture intrusion. Our team focused on interior window frames where visible signs of water damage were present along the sills. We inspected the interface between the window units and the exterior brick siding to evaluate the condition of the seals and drainage. During the process, we documented areas where moisture impacted the interior wall finishes and textured ceilings. We reviewed the moisture levels near the window components to determine the extent of the damage within the living spaces. This assessment provided the documentation required to establish a remediation plan and protect the home interior from further exposure.
