We completed a basement living space renovation in Lincoln, Nebraska, focusing on improving both the interior environment and safety features. Our team addressed previous water damage by installing new white-framed windows and updated the surrounding living area to accommodate a full entertainment setup. To ensure proper drainage and emergency access, we installed gray masonry block window wells finished with reddish-brown landscape gravel and metal escape ladders. These upgrades brought the basement up to code while significantly increasing the amount of natural light in the lounge area. The project resulted in a dry, functional, and well-lit space for the homeowners to enjoy.
