We performed a targeted basement renovation in Lincoln focused on moisture remediation and structural assessment. Our team identified and addressed water damage localized around the egress windows and inspected the exterior window wells to ensure proper drainage. We evaluated the existing layout to optimize the space for an entertainment area and a functional home office. By reinforcing the window sills and inspecting the masonry wells, we improved the home's resistance to moisture and enhanced overall safety. The project also included adjustments to the HVAC vents and lighting fixtures to better serve the updated living space. These improvements created a more secure and comfortable basement environment for the homeowners.
