We completed a functional interior update for this commercial office space in Lincoln, focusing on an efficient open-plan layout. Our team installed multiple rows of white height-adjustable sit-stand desks equipped with dual-monitor mounts and ergonomic workstations. We also integrated slatted privacy screens to define individual workspaces while maintaining the open feel of the urban office environment. The project featured significant architectural and acoustic improvements, including the installation of suspended light-colored wooden baffles against an exposed black ceiling. We laid down durable dark grey patterned carpet tiles to stand up to daily office traffic and integrated updated electrical routing for the new desk configurations. The result is a contemporary workspace that balances industrial aesthetics with modern ergonomic needs.
