Residential Tile Roof and Snow Melt System in Vail
We completed a residential roofing project on a multi-story home in Vail, focusing on both the roof surface and essential winter protection systems. Our team installed a steeply pitched roof using dark, interlocking tiles designed to withstand the local mountain climate. We also integrated a comprehensive gutter and downspout system to ensure proper drainage across the structure. To prevent ice damming, we installed black heat cables and heating tape along the eaves and within the roof valleys. These elements were paired with a metal drip edge and stone-clad foundation accents to enhance the property's exterior durability. The finished installation provides a weather-resistant barrier that protects the home from heavy snow loads and moisture.
