We recently completed a full air duct cleaning for a commercial property in Wekiwa Springs equipped with three rooftop units (RTUs). Our initial inspection revealed significant dust buildup throughout the ductwork, air handler, and blower fan. Using our high-powered vacuum truck, we thoroughly extracted embedded debris while keeping all vents sealed to maintain negative air pressure and safeguard the property. We then applied a sanitizing fog treatment across the system to neutralize contaminants and improve indoor air quality. Before-and-after photos highlight the restored airflow and overall cleanliness. To maintain optimal system performance and air quality, we recommend professional duct cleaning every three years.
