We completed a full residential roof replacement for this single-story brick home in Fairhope. Our crew removed the existing damaged shingles and performed necessary repairs to the roof deck, including installing new OSB sheathing and securing seams with high-performance tape. The installation featured GAF Timberline architectural shingles in Weathered Wood, supported by GAF FeltBuster synthetic underlayment and StormGuard leak barriers in the valleys. We also updated the ventilation by installing GAF RigidVent ridge vents and replaced the drip edge for improved water shedding. The finished project provides a durable, weather-resistant roofing system designed for long-term performance.
