We completed a full residential roof replacement for this home in Edmond, Oklahoma. Our team performed a comprehensive tear-off of the existing shingles to inspect the underlying decking and ensure a solid foundation. We then installed a new GAF architectural shingle system across the complex, multi-gabled roofline to provide long-term protection. To improve energy efficiency and attic airflow, we integrated multiple solar-powered ventilation fans alongside new ridge caps and metal valley flashing. We used GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in Weathered Wood to create a durable, weather-resistant finish. The completed project significantly enhances the home's structural integrity and curb appeal.
