We constructed a new 14’ x 28’ post-frame storage building to provide the homeowner with a durable and functional utility space. Our team handled the entire process from site excavation and wood-frame structural assembly to the installation of the metal envelope. We utilized a traditional post frame method with sturdy roof trusses to ensure long-term structural integrity. The exterior was finished with beige vertical metal siding, dark brown trim, and a bown metal roofing system. We also poured a reinforced concrete slab floor over a vapor barrier to create a stable, moisture-resistant foundation. The final build includes vinyl windows and a professional-grade entry door and garage door installed by Wartner Home Services to provide natural light and easy access.
