LA Power Washing Inc. completed this concrete restoration project in Calabasas, CA. The backyard patio and surrounding concrete had more than 10 years of accumulated dirt, grime, discoloration, and surface buildup that had changed the concrete from its original gray appearance. We used professional concrete sandblasting to remove the aged surface buildup and restore a cleaner, more natural gray appearance. The sandblasting process also prepared the concrete for the application of a protective sealer. After surface preparation, we applied a natural-look matte concrete sealer with liquid-repellent properties. The sealer helps reduce the absorption of water, oil, and other liquids while making routine maintenance easier without giving the concrete a glossy appearance. The finished project refreshed the patio and surrounding concrete while maintaining a natural-looking matte finish.
