LA Power Washing Inc. completed this graffiti removal project in Downey, CA, using professional sandblasting to remove unwanted paint from an exterior masonry wall. Because graffiti paint can penetrate the textured and porous surface of masonry, conventional washing alone may not always provide the level of removal needed. We used controlled abrasive sandblasting to remove the graffiti and paint from the wall while adjusting the blasting technique for the condition and texture of the masonry surface. The process allowed us to clean the affected areas and restore a more uniform appearance to the wall. The completed project significantly improved the appearance of the property by removing the visible graffiti and exposing the underlying masonry surface.
