LA Power Washing Inc. completed this concrete restoration project in Lake Elsinore, CA to remove the existing painted coating and restore the natural appearance of the concrete. The surface had a dark-colored coating that needed to be completely stripped before the concrete could be properly finished and protected. We used abrasive sandblasting to remove the old paint and expose the original concrete underneath. Sandblasting allowed us to remove the coating while also preparing the concrete surface for the next stage of the project. After the sandblasting and surface preparation were completed, we applied a natural-look matte finish concrete sealer designed to help repel water and other liquids while making the concrete easier to maintain. The finished surface returned to a clean, natural gray appearance without adding a glossy finish. This before-and-after project demonstrates our concrete sandblasting, paint removal, and concrete sealing services in Lake Elsinore, CA.
