LA Power Washing Inc. completed this pool deck concrete sandblasting project in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The existing concrete had multiple layers of old paint and coating that needed to be removed before a new coating system could be applied. We used professional concrete sandblasting to remove the deteriorated paint and previous coatings while preparing the underlying concrete for refinishing. The blasting process exposed the concrete surface and created a properly prepared profile for the next stage of the project. Once the old coatings were removed, the pool deck was ready for the contractor’s new coating application. This project demonstrates how sandblasting can be used for paint and coating removal from concrete pool decks when proper surface preparation is required before recoating.
