LA Power Washing Inc. completed this concrete sandblasting project in San Bernardino, CA, to remove an existing painted finish from a residential front porch. The old coating had deteriorated and needed to be removed to expose and prepare the underlying concrete surface. We used professional concrete sandblasting to remove the existing paint and coating from the porch while working across the textured concrete surface. Sandblasting allowed us to reach the recessed areas and remove the old finish more consistently than conventional surface cleaning alone. Once the paint was removed, the concrete was left clean and properly prepared for the customer’s next stage of refinishing or application of a new compatible coating. This project demonstrates how sandblasting can be used for concrete paint removal and surface preparation on porches, patios, walkways, and other concrete surfaces.
