We constructed a new custom sunroom for this residence, transitioning an open patio area into a fully enclosed space. The project began with preparing the concrete slab and installing structural bronze aluminum framing anchored to the existing exterior stucco walls. For the final build, we installed high-performance PGT WinGuard impact glass windows and sliding doors, providing both energy efficiency and hurricane protection. This finished space offers a clear, protected view of the water while significantly increasing the home's usable square footage.
