We completed a new screen enclosure installation for this two-story home in Boynton Beach. Our team constructed a durable white aluminum frame and integrated a flat aluminum roof system to create a protected outdoor living space. We also installed concrete footers to ensure structural stability and anchored the frame securely to the patio. To handle local weather, we incorporated a matching white gutter system along the roofline and applied a weather-resistant roof membrane. The project featured high-quality screen mesh and a new screen door, providing clear views of the adjacent pond. The finished enclosure offers a functional, shaded area that blends seamlessly with the home's stucco exterior.
