Five Star Painting and Top Rated Gutters partnered to complete a coordinated exterior improvement project for this home in Cumming, Georgia. Five Star Painting prepared the exterior by pressure washing approximately 3,100 square feet, scraping loose and peeling paint, spot-priming exposed surfaces, and caulking gaps and cracks. The painting scope included the siding, screened-porch walls, rear columns, porch railings, rear doors, and three decorative front corbels. Sherwin-Williams Duration Exterior paint was used to provide a clean finish and durable protection against Georgia weather. Top Rated Gutters removed and replaced 108 linear feet of horizontal gutter and installed 86 linear feet of downspout. The new Dark Bronze system features 6-inch seamless gutters, oversized 3-inch-by-4-inch downspouts, hidden fasteners secured to the rafter tails, sealed seams, and underground adaptor caps where applicable. The gutter installation is backed by a limited lifetime warranty. Together, the new exterior coating and Dark Bronze gutter system gave the home a refreshed, coordinated appearance while improving its long-term protection and water management.
