This project includes a complete renovation of the front lawn with new Kentucky Bluegrass sod, cleanup and mulch refresh of the front landscape beds, restoration and management of the left-side planting bed including daylily reduction, and installation of an underground downspout extension to improve drainage away from the home's foundation. All work includes site preparation, cleanup, and disposal of debris, with lawn and landscape restoration limited to the areas affected by the project.
