The approximately 36’ x 12’ right-side lawn area was restored by correcting the existing grade, installing premium topsoil and Kentucky Bluegrass sod, and ensuring proper drainage and root-to-soil contact. Existing stepping stones were carefully removed, reset flush with the finished lawn, and integrated with clean sod cuts before the area was fully cleaned and completed.
