We reworked the three downspouts on the rear of the home along with the sump pump discharge, tying all systems together to create one seamless exit point. We also completed weeding and mulching along the side of the property near the AC unit. The entire property was pruned, trimmed, and mulched, and a new trench edge was installed along the backyard. We pulled back mulch along the front of the house that was higher than the foundation to minimize mold and moisture buildup. Noticed a few failures in regards to the base work on the patio installed previously.
