This project includes repairing and restoring the patio areas disturbed by sewer line work by rebuilding and compacting the base, re-leveling and resetting affected pavers, pressure washing the surface, re-sanding joints, and cleaning up debris. It also includes regrading the disturbed lawn area, adding soil as needed, installing grass seed and a protective straw blanket, and performing light site cleanup, with restoration results dependent on existing conditions and ongoing maintenance.
