The backyard was cleaned up, sorted, regraded, and prepared for approximately 1,066.625 square feet of new sod, including removal and hauling of unwanted materials, soil, vegetation, and debris, along with topsoil installation and final grading. Herbicide was applied to the designated lawn area, followed by full sod installation and approximately four yards of non-dyed mulch in the agreed-upon planting beds.
