This project refreshed the property's landscape by removing overgrown shrubs, weeds, and unwanted vegetation, installing premium Kentucky Bluegrass sod, and redefining the side yard for a clean, finished appearance. The rear landscape bed was also fully cleared while carefully protecting the existing irrigation system, creating a clean slate for future improvements.
