Completed a comprehensive landscape master design for the entire property, including scaled 2D plans, 3D renderings, phased improvement recommendations, and one revision to guide future construction. Also performed a full property cleanup and landscape refresh, applied targeted weed-control treatments in the front culvert area, and removed overgrown bushes and weeds to restore the property's appearance.
