This project includes constructing a soil berm along the back left property line to help reduce surface water runoff, refreshing the backyard landscape with new trench edging and premium mulch, transplanting existing hostas into the new berm, installing weed barrier fabric and 1–2" river rock in designated landscape areas (including beside the patio), and installing approximately 71 linear feet of brown aluminum landscape edging to create clean, professional borders throughout the landscape.
