We completed a comprehensive residential roofing project in Stratford, CT, covering both the main home and a detached garage. Our team performed a complete tear-off of the existing materials down to the plywood and OSB decking. We carefully inspected the structure, repairing gaps in the sheathing to create a level and secure base for the new system. To ensure long-term durability, we installed Owens Corning Duration shingles and applied MFM Roof Deck Tape to all seams. The project also included the installation of a black SA-SBS cap sheet on low-slope areas and new white drip edge flashing. These upgrades provide the property with superior weather protection and a refreshed aesthetic.
