We completed a comprehensive residential roofing installation for this single-family home in Stratford. Our team performed a full tear-off of the existing asphalt shingles down to the original roof deck. During the process, we identified and replaced compromised plywood sheathing and reinforced the underlying structure to ensure a stable, long-lasting foundation for the new roof. To provide maximum weather protection, we installed high-performance synthetic underlayment and integrated MFM Roof Deck Tape at critical seams. We also performed specialized masonry and ventilation work, including the installation of a new GAF Master Flow chimney cap and updated metal flashing around the brick chimney. The project concluded with the application of new architectural asphalt shingles, significantly improving the durability and curb appeal of the residence.
