We completed a full residential roofing replacement for this single-story home in Milford, CT. The project involved a complete tear-off of the existing shingles down to the wooden roof deck to ensure a secure and level foundation for the new materials. We carefully integrated the main roofline with the sunroom addition and dormer windows to create a seamless, weather-tight barrier across the entire structure. Our team installed Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration shingles in Estate Gray, utilizing ProArmor synthetic underlayment for superior moisture protection. We also performed essential chimney maintenance, including the installation of new copper step flashing and a dual-flue metal mesh cap to protect the masonry. The project was finished with new white aluminum gutters and downspouts, providing a durable drainage solution that enhances the home's curb appeal and long-term protection.
