We completed a full residential roof replacement for this home in Monroe. Our team stripped the old, worn asphalt shingles down to the roof deck to ensure a solid foundation for the new installation. We also addressed debris accumulation in the drainage system and prepared the chimney area for updated flashing. To ensure lasting protection, we installed new architectural asphalt shingles over a layer of high-performance ProArmor underlayment. The project included the addition of new ridge vents to improve attic ventilation and a white drip edge to protect the roof perimeter. This updated roofing system provides the property with long-term durability and improved weather resistance.
