We completed a comprehensive exterior renovation for this home in Milford, CT, addressing both structural integrity and aesthetic appeal. Our team replaced the old, damaged siding with new Monogram Seagrass and installed several energy-efficient windows and white-framed sliding glass doors. During the process, we identified and repaired significant wood rot in the structural headers and sheathing to ensure a durable foundation for the new materials.
