The Challenge: The original front door was delaminating and architecturally dated, creating an energy-efficient "leak" and a poor first impression for the home. The Step Above Detail: We installed a factory-painted, 8-foot full composite Therma-Tru door with sidelights, but the real "Step Above" work involved making custom extension jambs and hand-crafting a custom oak threshold, stained on-site to perfectly match the home's existing interior flooring. The Result: A rot-proof, airtight entrance that looks like a permanent piece of fine furniture, significantly boosting the home's curb appeal and interior aesthetic.
