The client needed to partition a functional office, bathroom, and storage area within their warehouse while maximizing overhead space with a load-bearing mezzanine. We engineered the structural framing to include a reinforced storage deck and a custom viewing window for shop-floor oversight. Delivering a "Step Above" surprise, we completed the entire build in just a single day!
