Buildings are coming along on our Marietta Crossing project! Building 1000 is wrapping up interior finishes and preparing for FF&E installation this coming. week. It is almost 100% pre-leased, and Building 2000 is not far behind 1000 and is beginning the pre-leasing process. Move-ins are scheduled to welcome the first tenants to the property! Buildings 3000 and 4000 are also moving along, and the pool is getting close to starting construction in the coming weeks. Paint is being applied to the exterior facade on 3000 while siding is going up on 4000. It is enjoyable for us at A3 Architecture to work with a developer like Westplan Investors and their in-house construction team! Can't wait to see the final product!
