We are proud to see the completion of Accent Springs located in Bethlehem, GA. Our project features several multi-story apartment buildings and a central community clubhouse. Our team installed durable horizontal lap siding paired with stone accents and timber-framed entryways to create a cohesive architectural aesthetic across the site. Inside the clubhouse, we crafted a high-end experience with vaulted ceilings, exposed dark wooden beams, and wood-look tile flooring throughout the lounge and recreation rooms. The project also featured the installation of a modern fitness center with specialized rubber flooring and a swimming pool area complete with stone paver patios and a custom fire pit. These functional outdoor spaces, including the artificial turf courtyard and winding sidewalks, provide residents with versatile areas for recreation and community engagement.
