The project is progressing nicely as we have the building almost 100% dried in. Framing consists of light-gauge metal stud partitions, structural steel headers, and concrete block walls to create the building's skeleton. We also integrated the roof system using fire-treated wooden trusses and installed the weather-resistive building envelope across the complex. Mechanical and electrical rough-ins are in progress, windows are almost completely installed, and wiring is being pulled. The project will provide much needed Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care units for the area.
